Before purchase, mold, which is recommended within the design plan, can be tried out in our shop and you can come to see how it works by yourself on the scene. If it’s not convenient, we can take the real time video for you. This will help to give a more direct idea whether our machine is suitable for you.
On-sale service:
When our machine arrives at your factory, our technicians will adjust the machine for you, to assure it works and works well.
During daily manufacture, our technician, as your personal consultant, will continue to give professional opinions and suggestions when needed. After a full understanding of your production condition, we will help to release you from complex works of adjustment, which will lay a further technical foundation to your unmanned chemical plant.
After-sale service:
We will offer you 1-to-1 service. Once you call, we will respond within 1 hour, offer solution within 24 hours, and serve at your factory on the scene within 48 hours (except for applying visa or other possible reasons) .
We will keep communicating with you about your daily production. For the part of regular production control, we will offer results of data analysis at regular intervals, refine the parameters and make the producing process more stable, which will further increase the efficiency and bring more interests.
