The later maintenance of injection molding machine has a great impact on improving the life and durability of injection molding machine.

We specially emphasized to Mr. Wang that the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine actually has two kinds of filter elements, namely, the oil filter element and the air filter element. The function of oil filter is to filter the impurities of hydraulic oil, and that of air filter is to prevent dust and isolate. In some factories, some operators didn't pay attention to the protection of the air filter element in face of the large dust, and even found some were directly placed in the open air during the on-site inspection.
Due to the principle setting of the hydraulic injection molding machine, the hydraulic oil must be connected with the outside air, and the pressure difference is not allowed to be caused by sealing. Therefore, in the normal production process, the movement of the hydraulic oil leads to the frequent exchange of air.
Therefore, the air filter element also needs to be replaced in the daily maintenance. Generally, the replacement frequency should not be too frequent, which can be controlled once a year to half a year. What should be remembered is the filter can't be directly connected with the outside world, which will make more impurities go in the hydraulic oil.
