A few days ago, Taili Plastic Machinery visited customers in Jinhua and heard some complains from Mr. Li, who is 45 years old and has been engaged in injection molding industry for more than 20 years. But as for his most familiar product, he has to admit that he is not as good as Mr. Chen, who only joined the industry last year, in terms of market and quality.
As a matter of fact, we are very familiar with the products of Mr. Chen and Mr. Li. The injected storage boxes they produce are mostly used for the storage of toys and other products. The output is very huge and the demand is particularly strong. However, the prices in the market vary a lot and every practitioner finds it difficult to do the work.
For this kind of product, whose quality requirements are actually not high, there are three basic requirements: no plastic deformation under the pressure of 100kg, no damage under the pressure of 100kg, no damage after repeated folding by hand. In the case of meeting the three technical indicators, the less the cost of the product is and the higher the output is, the better.

1. Define the storage box
This kind of storage box is Mr. Chen’s first work when he just entered the market, and also let more customers get aware of Mr. Chen's brands. We define this storage box as a toy storage accessory, which does not enter the ordinary household market. It is characterized by low price, good flexibility, not easy to be damaged and smooth surface.
2. Set the technical threshold
The wall thickness of Mr. Chen's storage box is only 0.8mm, which is a little different from that of his peers with a wall thickness of about 1.2-1.5mm. However, due to the design of stiffeners and wall thickness changes, there will not be much difference between Mr. Chen’s product and his peers’ when users get it. And this kind of wall thickness is about 30% lighter than the same industry in weight. Even if a mold with imitated pattern can be made, Mr. Li's ordinary process and injection molding machine can not achieve Mr. Chen’s quality.
3. Set the threshold of smooth surface
For Mr. Chen's products, the wall thickness is only 0.8 mm and the bottom is smooth and not cocked. When the cycle time is only 10s and there is no cooling time at the same time, the debugging process and performance requirements of the injection molding machine are particularly high. It is generally required that the bottom should not be warped, the injection temperature should be controlled at about 180 degrees, and the injection pressure should not exceed 120 MPa, otherwise excessive radial pressure will increase the warpage of the product.
Mr. Li's complaint is really funny. He doesn’t go forward and does not want to make progress. No wonder the front wave is patted on the beach by the back wave!
