1. The composition of goggles
At present, the common goggles are generally composed of three parts, which are glasses lens (commonly using material is PC), glasses frame (commonly useing soft PVC) and bandage. The goggle lens and the glasses frame are both injection molding products produced by injection molding machine.
2. Selection of injection molding machine for lens and frame
The mold for PC lens used in general glasses frame usually has one or two caivties, and the common injection molding machine applied is TL170. Generally, the cycle time is about 30 seconds. The cycle time can be controlled at about 25 seconds by using the "TLE fast machine" series injection molding machine of Taili Plastic Machinery, which can be increased by 20%.
The frame mostly uses soft PVC, and the mold has 2 or 4 cavities. The commonly used injection molding machine model is TL136, the cycle time is general about 15 seconds.
3．Lens enhancement
Protective glasses are generally required to be strengthened by surface hardening, anti fog strengthening and anti UV strengthening. Among them, the surface hardening strengthening and anti fog strengthening will repel each other, thus generally only one can be selected.
Most of the antifogging sprays are imported from abroad, and the corresponding technology cannot be produced in China at present.
