Current plastic sprayer manufacturers commonly applied automatic assembly manipulator during production. Generally an manufacturer with about 20 injection molding machines, the numbers of workers will not exceed 5(excluding administrative personnel). But in the process of automatic assembly, the repeatable precision of the product is required to be very high, otherwise the mechanical manipulator is easy to set alarm. However, the general shrinkage rate of Mr. Liu's products can be controlled within about 0.3mm, and the consistency of the product turn to be better.
In order to control the shrinkage rate of the products, we could start from the following aspects:
(1) The mold materials and cooling conditions
In the case of not using mold temperature machine, the choice of mold materials is very particular. Generally, we can choose 2344 or H13 steel core with small coefficient of thermal expansion, and normal temperature cooling water for cooling, to ensure that the product continues to produce temperature consistently.
(2) The temperature of production
The coefficient of thermal expansion of injection molded products is generally 10 to 15 times of
that of ordinary steel, so the production process of melting raw material temperature is very
particular. Under the condition of normal production, the lower the temperature is, the smaller
the deformation probability and the smaller the shrinkage will be after demoulding.
2. âQinggongâ to broaden the market
Under the condition of ensuring the contraction rate and assembly accuracy, the cycle time of Mr. Liu's sprayer handle in about 15s, while peers' cycle is about 24 seconds. That is, in case of same quality, Liu's profit space is about 30%higher than peers. But under the situation of same production quantity, Mr. Liu's product are more demanding in price wall with higher capacity and able to develop a bigger market.
