(1) The wall thickness should be controlled at about 0.7mm, and the "TLE" series fast injection molding machine is used for production.
(2) In general, the mold has 8 cavities.
(3) The recycled PP material with melt index of only about 10 was used as the main material, and the cycle time was 5 seconds.
Based on these advantages, the cost of control products is about 20% lower than that of peers, which makes peers unable to form a strong competition in price and market volume, so as to achieve his own technology monopoly.
3. Boost the yield and lead the peers
