Why do some manufacturers of injection molding products sell at lower and lower prices, while some others wins easier the longer they survive in their fields?
Today I have the honor to visit Mr. Zhuang’s factory. Mr. Zhuang has been working with us for more than 10 years. He is a super veteran in the PC industry. He has more than 20 years of injection molding production experience. As he said, no matter how good the injection molding machine is used and how good the process adjustment is in peers’ factory, his PC products are always better.
So today we will share with you, Mr. Zhuang’s experience in producing PC products:
1. Injection speed
When producing the shell of injection PC products, we must pay attention to the control of the injection speed. Generally, the injection speed is adjusted according to the three-stage injection method. The injection speed at the material head is slow. Try to store the cold material of the upper mold at the material head. The filling speed of the cavity must be fast to ensure the surface accuracy of the filling. Carry out product feeding to further improve the surface accuracy of the product.
This also requires particularly high on the control accuracy of the injection molding machine. We can use the air injection method to test whether the machine meets the requirements. That is, adjust the injection speed by 2%, 3%, and 4%, and observe the discharging situation respectively. If the discharging speed changes from a small dot to the size of a 5 dime coin, and then to the size of a 1 yuan coin, it means that the control is accurate. Thus, we can ensure product surface accuracy.
2. Heating material
If you want make good the PC meter case, you must pay attention to the temperature and time of the heating material. Different types of PC have different heating time and temperature, and corresponding products should be made according to the humidity and temperature of daily production. Otherwise, the water vapor will easily cause the gas lines on the product surface.
3. Heating coil
PC products also have particularly high requirements for storage materials, especially the power and heat preservation of the heating coil. In addition, do not use infrared heating coils for PC products. Due to their insufficient power and thermal insulation capabilities, especially in winter, surface accuracy changes will easily occur, which affect greatly the yield and profitability.
