The product material is PP (polypropylene), and the weight of the product is about 450g. Mr. Shen introduced to us: his peers are using machines of about 400 tons to produce this product, but their processing cycle time is about 30 seconds. The mold locking pressure and injection pressure of the 400 tons injection molding machine will occasionally exceed 160 bar, which will lead to their power consumption much higher than that caused by using our machine.
At present, Mr. Shen is using TL400 specialized household injection molding machine of Taili Plastic Machinery. With the same mold, the cycle time is reduced to 15s. The mold locking pressure and injection pressure are far lower than the average of peers, which reduces the power consumption by about 10% and increases the production capacity by about 50%.
