1. Test the Mold

2. Observe the Mold Temperature
To judge the quality of high-speed injection molding machine, we must pay attention to the barrel temperature during the mold test, which is generally controlled at 315℃. If the product can run stably without problems such as edge flapping and material shortage, and the cycle time can be controlled within 4.5 seconds and the continuous mold test time is more than 72 hours, the high-speed injection molding machine can be delivered .
3. Observe the hot runner temperature
If the injection molding machine has a matching mold, the hot runner temperature must be observed during the mold test. If the hot runner temperature of each point in the process of mold test cannot reach the same, it indicates that the mold still needs to be processed. This problem should be solved before the delivering.
