This series of IMM possesses three main advantages¡ªlow temperature, low pressure, high speed. Firstly, lower temperature of barrel can save energy by 30%-50% and further refine the products, improve its toughness and reduce brittleness. Secondly, lower injection pressure and lower clamping pressure will prolong mould¡¯s working life and lower the maintenance rate. Thirdly, the injection rate of our full hydraulic machine can reach 300-500mm/s, which can be seldom seen among our peers.
