The outer packaging of cosmetics mostly uses PMMA material. Due to the high requirements for the accuracy and transparency of the product surface, in the process of injection molding production, the requirements for the process, injection molding machine and mold are also particularly high.

1£®Increase injection speed and decrease injection pressure
For this kind of PMMA products, if you want to improve the surface accuracy of the products, you should apply the multi-stage injection method with other conditions not changed. At the first section of the nozzle, try to concentrate the cold material. For this kind of products that require high surface accuracy, the material temperature will greatly affect the transparency. In the second stage, the injection speed should be increased as much as possible, and the injection pressure should be reduced, which can effectively reduce the internal stress of the melt and improve the surface accuracy.
2£®Mould precision
Many less experienced friends can't treat this kind of product with the general mold idea. This kind of transparent PMMA injection molding product also has high requirements for the mold. Generally, it has high requirements for the mold material and the finish machining of the mold. If conditions permit, it will effectively improve the surface accuracy of the product by using the precision carving and high-speed milling process as far as possible.
3£®Packing vacuum bubble
The vacuum bubble of this kind of PMMA material is caused by the internal pressure is not solid and the surface shrinks too fast, which causes the material to concentrate on both sides. When the internal channel of the fluid is not closed, adding packing pressure at the end of the injection will reduce the vacuum bubble caused by uneven filling of the product. Of course, this process will increase the quality of the product and increase the cost.
Sometimes when the packing pressure has no effect, it is likely that the filling speed of the second injection section is not fast enough, resulting in the internal channel of the fluid has been closed, so that the packing pressure can not be transferred in. In this case, there is no alternative but to change the injection molding machine.
