1. Replace the manipulator driven by cylinder with that driven by motor
We can consider to replace the manipulator and use the motor to drive the z-axis movement of the manipulator. In the process of mold opening, motion compensation then can be carried out to solve the problem of inaccurate mold opening of the injection molding machine, so as to prevent the weird sounds caused by not getting the product.
2. Adjust the mold opening time
In general, in order to pursue higher output of the product with such low profits, we should raise the mold opening rate as much as possible. However, due to the limited function of the injection molding machine selected by Mr. Chen, we can consider changing the injection molding process, increasing the opening distance as far as possible, and using low speed and medium pressure during the process of mold opening, so as to ensure the continuous opening accuracy.
3. Adjusting manipulator parameters
We can also adjust the taking time and position of the manipulator as much as possible to improve the repeated positioning accuracy of the manipulator, so as to reduce the weird sounds.
After adjusting the injection molding machine, Mr. Chen finally took a long breath and finally got a good sleep at night.
