Mr. Li is one of our new customer who knew Taili Plastic Machinery from his friends. When he visited the factory today, he said to us: I was introduced by my friend. His previous thin-wall high-speed injection molding machines were all purchased from your factory. I also manufacture fast food boxes. He said that your machines is of very good quality, so I came to have a look. I used to buy another injection molding machine, every time I tried the mold in my factory. I tried the mold, I brought a car of tools with me. Moreover, the amount of material waste was very huge which can be more than 3 tons at one time, and the production was still not smooth.
We told Mr. Li that the mold test process of thin-wall high-speed injection molding machine was very important. The manufacturer should be required to complete the process of mold test in their factory instead of in customer¡¯s factory, which may cause a lot of unnecessary trouble and cost. For our injection molding machine, we will provide free mold testing service in our factory. In the process of mold test, more attention should be paid to the temperature of mold, especially the temperature of barrel and hot runner.
Generally, the temperature of the barrel of thin-wall high-speed injection molding machine should not exceed 315 ¡æ, and the temperature of hot runner must be balanced. Hot runner balance refers to that the geometric dimensions from the barrel to each runner of the injection molding machine should be equal. If it is unbalanced, the most intuitive phenomenon is that the temperature of the hot runner is inconsistent, which will further lead to the imbalance of injection in some cavities and lead to material shortage or overflow.
Long term hot runner imbalance will greatly reduce the service life of machine and mold, and greatly reduce the cycle time and output of injection molding machine.
