The raw materials used for injected lenses are generally high transparent PC and PMMA. The advantages of PC are shock-resistance and cheap.
PMMA has the advantages of high transmittance and its simpler processing technology than PC. Generally speaking, the quality problems of injected lenses are: jarring, yellowing, white spots, excessive internal stress. At present, the problems of his lenses are: poor light transmittance, white spots on the surface of the products, and vibration marks near the nozzle. These defects greatly reduce the yield of his lenses, which further greatly reduces his profit rate. 1. Cleaning capacity of barrel
During the process of injected lens manufacture, if the machine needs to be shut down temporarily, there must be a special cleaning design and clearance program on the screw to prevent the material property change caused by the material stored in the barrel for too long time.
2. Injection response speed
For injected lenses, the injection response speed is very important. Low-speed injection should be used near the nozzle, and high-speed injection should be immediately promoted to reduce the possibility of chattering.
3. Repeated positioning accuracy of mold closing
In order to ensure the stability of production, the accuracy of repeated positioning of injection molding machine must be high.
We immediately inspected the customer with the machine in the factory, especially the performance at these key parameters. After the inspection, the stability and yield of the product have been greatly improved.
