1. Direction of Cooling Tower Fan
Many people may not know that the correct direction of the cooling tower fan should change with the seasons. Take the weather in the South of China as an example. In summer, it is extremely hot. The outdoor temperature can be as high as 35¡æ. In winter, it is cold, sometimes the temperature is even as low as zero. At this time, it is recommended to turn the cooling fan upward in summer to help the outside air enter the cooling tower, accelerate the contact area between air and cooling water, and speed up the operation of the cooling system. In winter, it is suggested to make the direction of the fan enter the cooling tower downward to reduce the contact area of air and cooling water, and appropriately reduce the cooling efficiency of cooling water. However, it is necessary to ensure the continuous flow of cooling water, which will greatly reduce the power consumption rate of the machine as high as 20%, and greatly improve the service life of the machine and mold, laying a solid foundation for improving the production capacity. 2. Diameter of Inlet and Outlet Pipe
More attention must be paid to the diameter of the drainage pipe. If the inlet and outlet pipe diameters are similar, the cooling effect will be greatly reduced. Thus the outlet pipe diameter should be far greater than the inlet and outlet pipe diameter.
