Because of the short cycle time and high injection speed, high-speed injection molding machine is specially used for manufacturing thin-walled plastic products such as disposable packaging food containers.
Some high-speed injection molding machine for thin-wall products may not be expensive. However, due to immature technology, the later maintenance cost is very high. In particular, the time wasted and the cost spent in maintenance greatly increase the cost of manufacturers.

1. Is the temperature of mold runner consistent before the machine leaves the factory?
2. Whether the injection temperature is 315 ℃?
3. In the whole production process, whether the injection pressure and mold locking pressure exceed 120 bar?
Only with low pressure high speed, the injection molding machine for thin-wall product will have long service life, otherwise it is extremely prone to failure.
Mr. Li replied: “at that time, I didn't check the machine carefully.
